And as the same time i am working with my client to Changing your lifestyle includes: fostering healthy relationships, pursuing a fulfilling career, engaging in regular physical activity, and cultivating spiritual awareness. Mindful living and stress management are crucial components of this transformation. These elements are essential for nourishing our well-being and enhancing self-awareness, allowing us to better understand ourselves and live with the utmost quality, happiness, and health. I will be right there beside you, guiding you on how to elevate your quality of life by cultivating awareness in every aspect. I will teach you how to embrace self-love, practice self-forgiveness, and grant yourself the space to make mistakes as a human being.

Free Health Coaching Consultation

I offer a free, 30-minute initial consultation session. During the session, you’ll have the opportunity to talk about your life, what you’ve always dreamed of, and the goals you’d like to accomplish for your health. It’s an opportunity to be heard and to get a sense of what it feels like to have more support in your life. In this session, we can make a plan to meet your goals in a sustainable and enjoyable way.

Six-Month Program

I offer a six-month program of health coaching to support you as you achieve your goals. During these six months, we will meet twice monthly for 50 minutes.  Our sessions will educate you on important topics including nutrition, self-love, and living a mindful and fulfilling life, among others (see details on My Approach Page). These sessions will also provide you with love, encouragement and accountability without any judgment.
