I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition and Science and have years of experience as a dietician. I am also certified by the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, the world’s largest Nutrition and Health Coaching School which was established nearly 30 years ago. I also have expertise in the areas of gut health, stress management, sleep quality, and achieving optimal weight. I have knowledge of science-backed coaching techniques and methodologies that help my clients to achieve sustainable change.
